Hi, we are professional ladies, who have worked together for many years in business and charity roles. The positions we have held have required us to organise our teams, processes and general activities. We are both customer focussed and have a passion for delivering great service.

Having helped an elderly and vulnerable relative to declutter and move home, we realised our ‘Lean’ approach practised for many years in business, coupled with our passion to delight customers, enables us to utilise this methodology to successfully help others.
